Are you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, agitated, stuck or uninspired? Are you looking to build a positive meditative and creative practice of your own. Could you benefit from looking within to uncover your own healing resources? Could you benefit from the wisdom that comes from sharing and connecting with others?
Join me in waking up our senses, our bodies and our imaginations! Come play in mindful movement, sound and visual imagery.
We will draw on the power of combining mindfulness awareness with a body centered creative arts practice to access our inner healing resources.
We will journey with the elements of nature: earth, air, fire, water and spirit, and allow their images to inspire our meditation, our dances, our images, our songs, and our stories.
NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
THIS GROUP IS OPEN TO ADULTS, MEN AND WOMEN, OF ALL AGES.
