Hand in Hand Parenting: A peaceful, parenting by connection, approach.
I found Hand in Hand Parenting when my son was around 3 after facing within myself that I had no idea how to help him with some difficult behaviors that were showing up, and that parenting was unleashing layers of feelings I had not yet come to know that I needed to understand in order to parent peacefully and repair our relationship.
In my desperate search, I found an article on aggression in children from Hand in Hand Parenting.

I also ordered Patty Wipfler and Tosha Shore's book "Listen" as soon as it came out. Beautifully in line with the current neuroscience research and filled with story after story of transformation, the tools from Hand in Hand Parenting have brought deep healing to my relationship with my son and continue to support our journey.
I have completed the Professionals Training with Hand in Hand Parenting, and I did the full year Instructor Certification Training, although I have not yet completed the final pieces to certify as an instructor. This is why I am a parenting coach as opposed to a Hand in Hand Parenting Instructor.
I am passionate about sharing this beautiful, non-judgmental and supportive parenting approach with anyone seeking that support.

I have more recently begun to study Gordon Neufeld's attachment and developmental approach to parenting as well. I strongly recommend checking out his work at: https://neufeldinstitute.org/resources/free/
